Third Sundays at Bethesda are dedicated particularly to families and children.
At 10:00 am we have child-friendly worship in a café style setting.
It's not too long, with plenty of singing, and active involvement of everyone in what is happening.
After that there’s a cup of coffee or tea or juice, and brunch – baked potatoes, or soup, or bacon butties, or something similar. There’s a chance to get involved in some creative activities, or to discuss something that’s been aired in the service. Nothing’s compulsory, but a variety of activities make it possible for people to enjoy themselves, get to know each other better, and explore some aspects of Christian teaching in a quite different way. Food for the body and the soul.
Everyone is made very welcome, whether they come for the whole experience or just for the food and fellowship.
